Conduct rules apply to all students within EEC premises.
1. Acceptance
By paying any amount (in part or in full), signing an invoice, accessing EEC premises, or availing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Non‑Refundable, Non‑Transferable
All fees paid are strictly non‑refundable, non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑extendable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This applies irrespective of circumstances, including death, marriage, job transfer, change of plans, illness, academic exams, inability to cope, financial difficulties, lockdowns/curfews, social‑distancing norms, or changes in university/country entry requirements.
3. Single‑User; Transfer Restrictions
Services are for the individual named on the invoice. Sharing or substitution is prohibited. Breach may lead to immediate cessation of services without refund.
4. Books & Materials
Books/materials, once issued or sold, cannot be returned or replaced. You confirm satisfactory condition at issuance. Materials are for personal use only.
5. Conduct & Safety
Respectful behaviour toward EEC employees, students, and visitors is mandatory. Any misconduct, nuisance, or harassment by you or your associates may result in cancellation of membership and prohibition of entry without refund. You are liable to reimburse in full for any damage you cause to EEC property.
6. Scope of Fees
Fees cover only coaching services and/or books, as applicable. Exam fees are additional and payable to the examining body.
7. Exam Registration & ID
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of exam registration and date selection with the exam body. A valid passport is compulsorily required for GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, SAT, PTE, CELPIP, and IELTS and should be valid for at least six (6) months on the exam date.
8. Scheduling & Faculty
Class timings, faculty, and tutors are subject to change without prior notice. If a teacher is ill, EEC will use reasonable efforts to arrange a proxy session where feasible.
9. Parking
If available, parking is for two‑wheelers only and at the student’s risk. Parking is not managed or guaranteed by EEC and may be subject to paid‑parking rules.
10. Library & Facility Use
Facilities are for in‑center use only. Library books must not be taken outside premises. Unauthorized removal may result in membership cancellation and further action.
11. Center Rules
Follow EEC rules: hygiene, proper attire, no eating in classrooms, no tobacco or smoking, maintain decorum, keep phones on silent, and no video games.
12. Membership & Validity
Membership ceases once you appear for the test. It may be re‑activated only upon booking a new exam date, providing proof, and receiving written approval from the center manager. Access to facilities may be prioritised for students with confirmed test dates.
13. Personal Belongings & CCTV
You are responsible for your valuables, devices, and data. EEC is not liable for theft/loss and is not obliged to review CCTV for personal disputes. Premises are under CCTV for safety.
14. Force Majeure & Closures
EEC may close on holidays or due to lockdowns, curfews, natural disasters, safety issues, or repairs, without prior notice.
15. Spoken English Certificates
Certificates may be issued only to students with 90%+ attendance.
16. Official Communications
Stay updated via WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, email, by contacting counsellors, and/or visiting the center.
17. Electricity & Wi‑Fi
Charging personal devices using EEC electricity is not permitted. Wi‑Fi is not provided to students.
18. Inter‑Center Transfers
Transfers between centers may be permitted subject to availability and payment of any fee difference.
19. Change in Mode of Delivery
In case of lockdowns, curfews, or safety compliance, EEC may shift services to distance/online learning without refund or fee adjustment.
20. Issuance of Books
Books/resources are issued only after full payment and bank clearance of cheques (up to seven days). Cheque return/bounce incurs an additional INR 300 charge.
21. Legal Provisions
Compliance With Law: You must comply with applicable laws, building rules, and EEC policies.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EEC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EEC and its personnel for losses arising from your breach or misconduct.
Amendments: EEC may update these Terms; updates apply upon publication.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: India; exclusive courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
